Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to food orders and table reservations made through this website.

1. Cancelling an order

You may cancel an order free of charge until our kitchen has started preparing it (status "Cooking"). To cancel, use the "Cancel order" button on your orders page while the status is "Pending", or call us at +374 33 32 32 88 or write to konj.yvn@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order is cooking, handed to the courier or delivered, it can no longer be cancelled.

2. Cancelling a reservation

You can cancel a table reservation at any time from your account page (Reservations) or by contacting us. Please cancel at least 2 hours before the booking so that we can offer the table to other guests.

3. Refunds

If you paid by card and your order is cancelled in time, either by you or by us (for example an item is unavailable or we cannot deliver), the full amount is refunded to the same card. If an order arrives wrong, damaged or incomplete, contact us the same day with your order reference and we will replace it or refund the affected items.

4. Refund timing

Refunds are initiated within 3 business days after approval. The time until the money appears on your statement depends on your bank, usually 5-14 business days. Refunds are always made in Armenian dram (AMD) to the original payment method.
